Old config and 2.7

Hi,

I'm setting up a newish PC on my machine and I went for 2.7 as long as I'm investing the time.

It simulates just fine, but my 2.5.4 config files are understandably out dated.
Could someone please let me know what I need to change to bring this up to date.

remove from the hal file the following line
loadrt probe_parport

and from the INI
NML_FILE = emc.nml

that should be it Allen

make sure you use the linuxcnc folder name rather than the older emc2
you may or may not need to remove the probe parport , as the latest build has this removed , but may or may not have trickled down to the build you have .

if you have problems , unhide hidden files , and remove any saying emc nml etc
you files load fine here in latest version .
