can't update after installing was created by chuck1024

I installed Ubuntu on an old Intel Pentium P3. It runs but I get this message when I try to update

W: Failed to fetch security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/b/b...-2ubuntu0.1_i386.deb
404 Not Found

Are updates not available for something this old?
