Upgrade Intel Video Driver

I have been using LinuxCNC 2.7 for several years now with an Intel D525W motherboard. It died several days ago and I bought a celeron J1900 based motherboard. Try as I might I cannot upgrade the video driver from Intel's version 2.19.0-6 which originally came with Wheezy. Today I downloaded LinuxCNC 2.7.14 and booted it up but when I check the package manager it still only has version 2.19.0-6 for the Intel video driver. Also, when I run glxinfo it clearly hasn't loaded an Intel video driver. Glxinfo gives:

OpenGL vendor string: VMware, Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on llvmpipe (LLVM 0x209)
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 8.0.5
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20
OpenGL extensions:

If I install 2.7.14 will it update the Intel video driver during install? Do I have to go another route?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

As long as you use Wheesy as OS you will not get and update to the video driver, as that driver is OS related not LinuxCNC.

Thank you for the reply. I guess I will try to install LinuxCNC after instaling a newer version of Debian. I suppose that will get me the updated Intel video drivers.
