There are some industrial plasma cutters that use 5i25 or 6i25 with a 7i77 i retrofitted. It will work with 7i76 also.
Keep in mind, shielding on signal and motor cables is connected only on one side, not both, the side nearest to sensitive electronics.

Friends I have already bought a 7i76e. I just ask if I need any other hardware beside it.

Grab the Mesa THCAD board to read the voltage into LinuxCNC and you should be good to go. There are 2 versions. ONe for raw voltage 300 volt range and another THCAD-10 where you use some external resistors so you can scale to suit your needs. I have the THCAD-10 on a machine with a 30:1 voltage divider and also added some resistors as per the docs to run at raw arc voltaage which was presented on the CNC interface.

The Plasmac config is the way forward for sure. see the thread "Another Plasma Component"

Thank you very much rodw. I already bought THCAD-10 and 7i76e together. I would need your help prior to installation I guess.

Rod and/or Norbert have posted very nice schematics for that exact wiring, just do a search for it.
