Thank you for your advice, but keyboard and lpt isn't a reason now. I tryed to replug it, but freezes still happens. I noticed freezes appears only when I launch LinuxCNC, Latency-test or close them. I think the reason related with RTAI kernel. Can you please say me how to investigate the issue? Thank you.

Where did you get 4.14.132 from?

Does the latency test also freeze?

How about the RTAI testsuite?

1. Using guides on github.com/andypugh/RTAI/releases and wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Building_RTAI_5.2_Packages

2. Yes, when I start latency-test the PC often freezes, only reboot can solve the problem.

3.How to use testsuite?

Thank you!

just to be shure
latencytest is startet without Linuxcnc running
and also te oposit
no latency test while linuxcnc is running

if you got a Stepper mashine to be configured you migt not need at all latency test most reson pc got below 100k
and 100k is the standard timing for steppers

if you use mesa ethernet also no need of latency check
But it is alway good to know here the hint of the pc is

Just a stab in the dark, but, check :
Old / failing power supply.
Overheating processor / cooler not seated properly or no thermal compound on it.
Failing memory / memory controller on the board.
Less likely, graphic card Ram failing.

This might be the RTAI build. The reason I made those builds on GitHub was that the other builds I tried all crashed. After a lot of config changes we finally got a setup that worked on my test hardware, and some others and that is what was published (specifically so potential problems could be found).

The RTAI testsuite is (I think) in /usr/realtime/kern/testsuite (some path like that, I am not on an RTAI machine at the moment, I am in a hotel room with a Mac). You need to run the "display" executable with sudo privileges.

Don't use the no-calibration branch and those debs are broken. NTU was not done when Andy built those.

The working branch is here, only use master:
github.com/NTULINUX/RTAI

After the no-calibration branch is fixed then Andy may go ahead and rebuild based on his fork. If you want stable.
