libxenomai-dev says no!

I was installing Uspace on Lubuntu 18.03 according to Big Johns directions ( gnipsel.com/linuxcnc/uspace/lubuntu18-emc.html)
Right until the end everything went fine and flawless: really nice work. But when I told the machine
debian/configure uspace
It answerred with:
Package libxenomai-dev exists, but information about its source package
is not available. This most likely means that you do not have the
right deb-src lines in /etc/apt, or that you need to "apt-get update".

I updated thrice, but without any result.
Does someone have a solution for this nasty little problem.
Thnx in advance.

I would guess your missing source code repositories.

That would be my guess as well.

Unfortunately I lost all the Lubuntu source during an upgrade but still had the html files so I fixed the index so they could be found again.

You should only _actually_ need libxenomai if you are compiling for a xenomai kernel.

What happens if you carry on without it?

I somehow ran into the solution which did not turn up in my first search. I now can't find it anymore. But, in the software and updates preferences menu I had to check the source code. After that I got it working.

The last few lines of instructions I found on gnipsel.com/linuxcnc/uspace/linuxmint19-emc.html They are still missing on the lubuntu 18.03 page. But that's a minor.

Now it all runs :)

Thank you all so much.

Grtz, CatweazleMagic

In my case (Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic), I had to ensure the following lines were not commented out in /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb-src us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic main restricted
deb-src us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic-updates main restricted
deb-src us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic universe
deb-src us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ bionic-updates universe
