Stepper enable?

My MB-02VC to Gecko G251 break out board requires pin 1 to be stepper enable, is this the same as the same as amplifier enable or estop out?

amplifier enable is the one.

estop changes when the estop button is cleared (but the machine is not on)

amplifier enable changes as the machine is turned on/off

I can't seem to get the Charge pump to work
Is "External Enable" Estop in or Digital in 0 (Digital in has 0,1,2 and 3)
Break out Board Pin Assignments and Step Conf images included


I'm using step config XY,UV foam to build a 4 joint XXYZ gantry router
Next question would be how do I split XY, UV to be X linked to joint U as it is and split V from Y to make it V=Z

This looks like a long hard slog, so should maybe move the topic to something like "Par Port Stepper Gantry XXYZ"

Got the charge pump working thanks Andy.
The Gecko 540 stepconfig required pin 1 to be E-Stop Out but with the MB-02VC break out board pin 1 needs to be Amplifier enable to enable the on board charge pump.
