Again, we can not help if you do not provide us with more info.
Some of those machines use USB and some parallel port, what does yours use ?
What drives does it use ?
By resetting firmware you mean formatted the computer or deleted Mach3 ?

Yeah that would be easy to use with Linuxcnc, just make sure you have a parallel port on the PC.
Linuxcnc does not work with USB controllers.

Not sure how your question applies to Linuxcnc.
Did your machine come with Linuxcnc installed? Did you retrofit it to Linuxcnc? Do you want to retrofit it to Linuxcnc?
Not familiar with that machine, but sounds like the name of a light duty Chinese table top router. Most of those don't come with Linuxcnc, usually they have a pirated copy of Mach3 or some generic Chinese control.
You probably should contact your machine builder to get specific instructions about restoring your system.
Edit:
For some reason I only saw the first 2 posts in this thread when I wrote the above.
After seeing the rest, yes, that machine would be simple to run with Linuxcnc. All you would need is a computer with a parallel port and a real parallel port cable. (That USB to parallel control/adapter cable won't work with Linuxcnc.)
