This is the errors im getting, can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Switch off the PC, remove the power cord, wait 5 minutes,
-remove the mesa card
-with a soft cotton cloth clean the terminals on the bottom of the card (do not use synthetic cloth, that will kill the card)
-reseat the card back into it's slot by gently pushing it down and moving it slightly back and forth
-make sure the card is fully seated
-power on the PC
-check the LED's on the card from the moment you press the power button and report here.
In case it does not work, try another slot if possible.
-remove the mesa card

-power on the PC

cleaned and reseated, when i hit the power button the cr3 and cr4 light up red for less than a second then they go out and no other lights are on. This is on the 5i25 card. I just switched the card back to the old computer and the mill works fine, I checked the lights on the 7i77 card and switched it back to the new computer and the same lights are on the board. So it must be something else. i have read before the if I dont have the right kernal it could be a problem,and im not sure which one its running on right now. Could that be it.

This looks like a a PC hardware or BIOS issue. That is the BIOS did not find the 5I25 card at all (before the OS is even loaded)
