Switching to a new computer to run Linuxcnc 2.8 problems?

Thanks everyone, I think I will try a different computer.

OK so I switched computers ran pncconf and Linuxcnc opens but when I hit the power button I get joint 1 on limit switch error and joint 2 on limit switch error. Tried changing the settings in pncconf a few different ways but nothing works, still get the errors.

If the limit switches work (verify with halshow)
you likely have have the limit switch input polarity
wrong.

OK so here's what's happening, I switch my 5i25 Mesa card back to my old computer and limits and everything else works fine, I put the 5i25 Mesa card in my new computer with all the pncconf settings exactly the same as the old computer and I keep getting the 1 joint limit errors.
Not really sure where to go from here.

Ok so I switched to a competely different computer Dell Optiplex 780 and all is working good now.
