Problem linuxcnc install

Hello Comunity I have problems installing Linuxcnc 2.7. Apparently not all files can be loaded from the server. I am trying to install linuxcnc for the first time. The operating system is Debian 9. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? best thanks already now for your help

Is there some reason why you wish to install version 2.7 vs the latest 2.8?

Why not grab the complete Linuxcnc install image?

I installed the current version 2.8 with debian 10 first. I had latency problems max jitter about 800000 ns. I use an asus sabertooth x58 board. for this reason i wanted to try version 2.7.

can you tell me which bios settings i have to make for the x58 board to get rid of the latency problems?
