No USB port work after install preempt rt on Pi 4

I try install lcnc on Pi 4 by follow this tutorial:
gnipsel.com/linuxcnc/uspace/rpi4-rt.html
All steps pass but when test result is bad:
+ All my usb ports dont work, lsusb only return:
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
I had to use vnc for controlling
+ Latency-test give bad result and unstable for running servo thread
Does anyone have same problem, I'm using PI 4(4gb) vers 1.1 rev

USB ports worked now with this image.
I also solve latency issue, it's because my bad power addapter, i just replace it and everything is fine now
