Linuxcnc Debian 10 secure boot wifi was created by ianlowe
I have purchased a wifi dongle to use on my Linuxcnc PC. I have loaded the driver and the wifi works in legacy boot mode. I would like to run the PC in secure boot but then the wifi does not function. I believe shim is a database that controls the certificate signing but Microsoft will not support third party drivers. I know I need to use machine owner keys (MOK utility) to manually sign the wifi driver so it is not rejected. Any help in getting the MOK utility working would be much appreciated.

This might be more likely to get a response on a general Linux forum, as it is not a LinuxCNC-specific question.
