Hello,
I want to install LinuxCNC 2.8.4 Debian 10 Buster PREEMPT-RT ISO on my ASUS NP40. In the computer is a 2.5G LAN, Realtek® RTL8125B-CG network card installed for which no driver is found. I could install a driver via USB stick. But what is the right driver and where do I find it. I downloaded a Linux driver from Realtek and tried to install it, but the driver is not accepted. Who can help me?

The RT8125 was not supported in the linux kernel until kernel 5.9 so you need to be running at least Bullseye (Kernel 5.10) or you need to build the driver from the realtek websiite
But linuxcnc is not supported easilly on Bullseye so I would recommend you follow my recent post here to install Debian Bookworm because linuxcnc is included in its repositories. As an added bonus you should get better performance
