10.04 installation, realtime error

i've installed 10.04 by live CD and now emc2 (2.4.5) works, but has realtime errors. this is the dmesg;

got a polywell computer with 2.something processor,4g ram. and an ATI firepro video card.
emc2 works great but misses a few steps now and then. which is not good for me.(and others i guess:)
i've turned off everything i could in the bios and disabled smi(i think)
and can someone tell me what's a video card that is known to work with emc2?

try to install to but the install crashes. thought it was the cd ..... redownload and burn 4 different cds ..... the same problem
