Grub fails to install Debian buster Lcnc 2.8.4 was created by JR1050
I'm getting this error on install buster .iso. Installed via usb
grub -efi-amd64 package fail d to install
It runs live.
Does there need to be a small partition for gun on the hard disk?

1 Why are you using the old version with Debian Buster?
2 It does not work with "secure boot" so you will have to disable that in the computers BIOS.
3 Some computers also need enabling the "compatibility mode" in BIOS or they will not find the hard drive after disabling "secure boot"

I tried to download the latest version and it said 2 days to download. I already had this . It's newer then 2.6. whatever I'm using right now. Id probably have the same issue with the latest.

Update- disabled uefi in the CMS and it all loaded. Always the dumb things..
