Ignore the Etherlab errors, that's out of our (and your) control.

I had the same problem today (After no Internet at the time of install the other day).
It was not possible to install the usbutils and I found out there was no mirror for "debian bookworm main" so I kicked out the open suse miror and added the debian mirror with synaptic.

Hi,
apt sources list is set on local cd. This is my suggestion.
edit the sources.list to update from internet sources.
~/etc/apt/sources.list
Easy to use in terminal is :
sudo thunar
sudo apt get update // Fetch the sources list.
Then try it again.

Typically this happens if you try to install Linuxcnc without an internet connection.
Always connect to the internet when installing the linuxcnc ISO
