Gcode for LinuxCNC and BeBoPr

Hi,

I'm using the BeBoPr++ cape and LinuxCNC to run a 3D printer.
I'm using Slic3r but I think is not fully compatible.
Do do you know the Gcode command to set J2-J3-J4 PWM output for heaters?

I should join the MachineKit google group and ask on there. (MachineKit is a fork of the Linuxcnc project)

A lot of them use BBB for Reprap and there is a lot of knowledge in that area on the mailing list
