Would I be correct in guessing the one connector is configure as 8 out, 5 in & 4 out and the other configure as 8 in, 5 in & 4 out.
Are the step\direction connected to PRU out pins ?
I guess the charge pump would be about 500hz or so ?
Does the MPG takes advantage of the eQEP driver ?
OOPS my bad...should have read your manual

I am sorry for the delay in getting to you. Keep in mind that the firmware that you find in our website is configured based on the machinekit.
To answer your questions:
Are the step\direction connected to PRU out pins ?
YES!
I guess the charge pump would be about 500hz or so ?
12.5Khz.
Does the MPG takes advantage of the eQEP driver ?
I am not sure. But would think so... In any case this is low speed MPG which usually work at 100PPR. I will get back to you on this one.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
