Arc move in concave corner cannot ....(again)

Hi,

When trying to run my program I get the message "Arc move in concave corner cannot be reached by the tool without gouging".
My problem is that I cant see what should cause this message.
If I ignore the message and run the program anyway it stops after ~4mm of a 6mm deep circular pocket.
The error is supposed to be near line 2899 of pastebin.com/x15daqQ2

Any help appreciated!

OK, found the problem!
Looks like my CAM didnt update my G41's when I changed tool to be used.
