Disable G64 path blending, set a G64 P0.1 for mm or G64 P0.004 for inch.
Oh i see you have it set, so what is the tool diameter ?

It might be worth looking through the generated code to see if it changes the G64 setting at any point.

Ok, seems that on one of PC` s there is g64 option and on other one - there isnt one. How can I add it?
I thought same Fusion profiles share same settings, no matter on what PC I use Fusion.

Are they both set up to use exactly the same postprocessor?

Hello,
the post proccecors and setting are local in the standard settings.
You have to change to cloud-post proccesorcs, in your settings to get it the same on every pc.

Hi,
I have the very same problem as Pauchuk has, my inside corner radius is way of. I did not change anything in my workflow, neither I had similar issues before. I never paid attention to G64 in g-code.
What I can see is that Fusion recently updated UI during post processing, and today was the first time after update when I actually used post processor and router.
Like I said I did not pay attention was there G64 in greeted code before or was not, but I am sure that I can't find it now.
Could someone confirm that latest Fusion 360 Post processor works as it should?
Please see attached g code straight from post processor

Apparently default Fusion 360 post processor never added G64. It might be coincident that only now I faced the issue. I updated latest Fusion's post processor with G64. Credits spangledboy. Please see attached file. Post processor is not tested in real life, but G code looks ok, will test it tomorrow.
