It is caused by trying to start a cut in an arc.
Cuts can be continued anywhere on a straight line but not on arcs.
In QtPlasmaC, choose a straight line before the point where you want to continue, disable the torch, run from line, when it gets near the cut position press "pause" then use the recovery back or forward to get it close to where you want then just enable the torch and click on "continue".

This usually means that you have an error in the GCode of the arc movement. Can you post your GCode?
Also happens if you use tool compensation with tool diameter that is too large for the arc.

I just realized this question is in the Fusion360 sub forum so you must already know that this is a problem with the CAM.

If you enter an m2 after N140, you can read the file. Then remove all before N175, get rid off I and J only keep x y as start, the file can be loaded.
So the error in your design is from N145 to N170 to check the Arcs, endpoints

The same design works in shetcam something in the 2d profile settings is wrong, I saw that someone had a similar error in cnc milling and I solve it by removing the tools but here it is different.

Disable tool compensation in Fusion360.
Also choose a tool with 0.5 to 1mm width.
