Fusion360 PP & Cam with backtool lathe ? was created by smc.collins

Anyone here doing this ? if so, can you share your post processor settings ? I think I need to change a few things in the PP I keep getting strange moves or I have my lathe configured wrong.

I can't help directly as I'm not using LCNC for my lathe, but I've attached my PP in case it helps a little bit.  I've also attached the control manual as those are usually needed to interpret the G & M codes.
XZC turret lathe with live tools. Control is an Emco "Fanuc 21" - meaning it's Emco's home-brewed Linux-based controller with a Windows GUI that looks like (and sort-of acts like) Fanuc 21TB.
Do you have the VSCode & F360 PP plugin? That's an invaluable tool for debugging posts. NYCCNC (youtube) has a great walkthrough on installing and using this to deal with F360 posts.
Note - change the ".txt" file to ".cps" and you should be GtG.

				Have you seen this
	wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?BackToolLathe?
But most Fusion post processors come with the slightly cryptic note:
"Turning post for LinuxCNC. Use Turret 0 for Positional Turret, Turret 101 for QCTP on X- Post, Turret 102 for QCTP on X+ Post, Turret 103 for Gang Tooling on X- Post, Turret 104 for Gang Tooling on X+ Tool Post"
This refers to a setting in the tool library for each tool you use. There's a tab called "post processor" with an entry called "turret". In that field you have to enter the correct number - 0, 101, 102 etc. For a backtool machine, you presumably want 101 or 102 if you have a turret machine but without more info about your setup it's hard to be certain. My turret lathe uses the std PP settings without any issue.

Back tool turret lathe, 6 position. I think I figured out what was happening. I am wrestling with getting my turret to reliable change position in the mean time though.
