Gmoccapy - How to zero and touch off 4th axis was created by mariusl
Hi
Does anyone know how to zero or touch off the 4th axis in Gmoccapy? I found nothing on the Wiki.

As a work around - if you do not have a home switch on the 4th axis, place the table where your zero is meant to be and then go to the "Homing" page and just push home for the 4th axis. It will zero the dro and axis.
It would be nice to have a touch off button though.

@Marius,
there is no button, because of space reasons
But you can use the Offset Page, just click on the most left button "edit offsets" and then click i.e. in row G54 and column C. Then enter the desired value and you are done.
I am still fitting with myself, if we should get rid of the Touch off button to just set zero.

I would suggest that you use a button for every axis to select and then have a "set to zero" or "set to value" button that will set the selected axis. Set to zero is very handy but we can live without it if we have to.
