Hello Guys,
ive set up auto-tool-measurement like described in the linuxcnc-wiki.
My Problem is, that it is not reseting the height after automeasuring..
My workflow is: insert tool, touch x and y and zero it, enter workpiece height and hit start. Is that correct?
When i do it that way it starts measuring, then it moves Z up and after that its driving Z down directly on the touchsensor and breaking the tool.
When I touch and zero Z before, everything is fine but that makes the sensor obsolete in my opinion.
Any hint what im doing wrong?

Do you enter the workpiece hight, or the block height measured from the table?
See wiki for details, as the way you described is OK.
