Thanks Andy. I uploaded it today and ran it. It works just like I needed it to. There are only 2 small questions, I could probably Google it. First is I want to start it maximized. I suppose in the INI file there would be something I could add. Also when I tried to run it it said there was an error d1 feed cannot be zero???

1) forum.linuxcnc.org/21-axis/29735-axis-modifications#63485
2) you probably have a surface-speed of zero in the cycle that you tried to run?

Thanks. You are an absolute legend. If I knew where you were I would send you a bottle of wine or case of beer. (or cokes if that's for you). Thanks again. I am so glad I found this forum as all you guys here do this in your own time and the response I have had already is amazing.

To start gmoccapy maximized you just have to set this option on the settings page of gmoccapy.
If you want to use axis, you are in the wrong thread ;-)
