Hi newbynobi,
I tried this feature by telling linuxcnc that tool 1 is mounted while the carousel is on position 30 (there are 30 pockets on my carousel). Since the tool change is wrong all the time, always an offset of 1. Even if I restart linuxcnc, and select or deselect "reload tool on start" it doesn't change anything.
I also have an error "0: not in "subroutine definition: "
Do you have an idea?
I use M6 remap and the carousel component.
Thanks.

Hi,
I think I understood my problem and it's not because of this feature. It's probably because I upgraded linuxcnc to 2.8. I have to re-install my carousel component that I had modified a little bit for the index position (30 instead of 1).
Sorry!
