Hello everybody,

Is there a way to navigate to the USB stick that I am using to transfer my G-code files from the desktop to Gmoccapy at the machine? I don't know where to find the USB stick when trying to load the file, right now I copy the file to the NC-code folder in my config and can find it but is there a way to skip this copy step?

Thanks,

JB

Hi JB, check under your "media" folder.
You can find a very good explanation at 7:58min of the video--- enjoy it!

Hello Floris,

I am back after rebuilding part of the machine. All done and I was trying to see if I can access the USB drive as you suggested.
I can see the CD Rom , USB and USB0 but they are all empty, no files to be found there.
When I use the file manager, I can see and access the USB stick OK, copy from it etc. but I simply cant get there from within Gmoccapy.

Any ideas? Attached pictures show what I see.

Thanks,

JB

I can access any USB Stick, just look where it is mounted and navigate to that location, The attached screenshots can give you a hand.
