Hallo Philippe,

are you sure, that you want to add a macro to that button?

gmoccapy.h-button-0 (gmoccapy 1.XX)
gmoccapy.h-button.button-0 (gmoccapy 2.XX)

that hal pin just click or toggle the most left bottom button of the gui. The behavior will change according the LinuxCNC mode and the selected page of the GUI.

What is the intention of that?

Or do you want to add a button on the MDI page to start a custom macro?
If that is the case, it is well documented in the documentation.

I think is better to add a button on MDI panel. So to add the code I understand, but how can I add the button at the bottom of the screen.

linuxcnc.org/docs/html/gui/gmoccapy.html
have a look at section '5. HAL pins'. You will need to connect the signal from your button to the corresponding hal pin that is created when the gui starts.

Thank you Aciera. I'm new to this and it's a bit overwelming for me. I presume first step is to connect hardware pin in cusom hal e.g. net name <= hardware pin and then in custom_postgui.hal net name => gmoccapy button pin.

yes, that would work or you can also do both in the _postgui.hal
