Do you have an x or y offset on your tool?

I do understand you mean the preview.
That is because of rounding calculation the preview caused by gremlin.
I do know that, but gremlin is a real complicate part of software.

Thanks Norbert, but the error is only in the preview?
I did a trial run and the error in x and y is not there. While in Z yes, the tool is lowered with respect to the origin. I recently applied automatic tool measurement and I probably made some mistakes. I didn't understand this well:
Thanks for everything

Any gcode that moves the offset could do this. Linuxcnc doesn't explicitly tell the gui to redraw the screen if an offset moves.
