Many buttons are only activated in homed situation.

Have you homed the machine?
Did you watch the video getting started gmoccapy?

You can include your own glade panel and just replace the old vcp panel.

Thanks for the reply, no I have not seen any video with that title but I have seen a couple of other early basic ones, and I notice that the video showed sliding bars which did not show on my version, because of that and I don't have a touch screen I have gone back to axis.
But would like to give it another go but I would need sliding controls instead of clicking on + or - which is slow, so where would I find that version?
Eric

That versions of sliders are not in any supported release any more. You can change the steps of the slider buttons, so one klick will not increase by 1 %, but at 5% or what ever you configure.

I got the wish of sliding the controls from different users, so it might be time to think about changing them?

I also would like the sliding buttons, but as its not available could you please explaing more about how to configure the button step from 1% to 5%, this would make the current buttons so much more usable
Best regards, Paul
