gmoccapy translation to tr

Thank you very much for your contribution to make gmoccapy even better and user friendlier.

So the language code is tr

I will try to prepare tomorrow the file and poat it here.

attached is the tr.po file.
You need to translate the second string of every entry.
In that file you have also the code lines to look in the code if you have doupt what is the correct entry.

I use gtranslator for the translations, that one is a bit tricky but helpfull.
To upload the file here, I was force to add a txt extension
