Manual Tool Change Error

Hi Everyone
Ive just started utilizing the tool table.
When setting up the machine initially in pncconf i set the machine to home on tool change.
Having an issue that seems to be linked to the length of the tool, it seems to not occur on shorter tools.
When the program goes for the tool change the below error shows up.
 
I did make some changes to my HAL file trying to get some macro files to work so id say I have messed up some lines in there at some point.

Maybe try making a new config in pnccomf and see if you can get that to work.
