325V is more down to earth, but still i have suspicions that the burned lines on the board are not wired properly so it is reading more than it should.

first step:
@phillc54: updated
typechange: plasmac_config.py
typechange: plasmac_gcode.py
chmod 777 for both files...
but now my config tab is empty
my system I compiled myself ..so update through download from github!
thank you for changing the values...

pulse test 2seconcds , torch sitting on material , 53 Amps
pulse test 2 seconds , torch 4mm off material , 53Amps
171Volts max..
I still have limited max...I don't know what velocity shows (what it means), but output Volts as far as I can say would be ok...

I see on you first plot that arc voltage went up to 325V, is that what you see on a meter?

Did you download the file separately and copy it to the directory. It works fine here.

attached...the file...
on the meter I don't pick up the peak , since it is to slow ....just when it is about 160V

[strike]Well that looks ok, how did you do your update?[/strike]
You probably don't need to plot encoder input or encoder velocity, but you could plot Plasmac:arc-ok-out
If you get a long enough arc, make sure the arc voltage reads what your meter shows.
