First, thank you so much for NativeCAM, it's what I've been looking for since I started using Linuxcnc.
I'm trying to use the probe grid subroutine but it does not create the file 'probe-results.txt' in the same directory as the mill.ini file where I'm expecting it to appear. I've set permissions to read and write on that folder but nothing appears.
I've tried editing the .xml file to use LOGOPEN and LOGCLOSE in place of probeopen and probeclose respectively; this results in the file probe-results 01.txt being created where I expect, but it's left empty.
where should the probe results be, or how do I save them?
thank you
Andy

Hi Andy
You can extract this corrected file to ncam/my-stuff and load it instead of using the one from the menu.
The result file will be in your ini file directory, which is set to default by lcnc.
Sorry for the delay
