Shared folder in PathPilot was created by dinkata
I test PathPilot for lathe with 5i25+7i77 . For now only test , not servo .
I try send file from Windows XP with CAM , but not result .
i don't know how to setting shared folder . Please help . Thanks advance !

Here /etc/samba/smb.conf

Here WindowsXP , not see PathPilot folder /home/operator/gcode/CT161progPP

The only thing I can think of is the workgroup naming, are both the PP machine and the Windows machine a member of the same workgroup? Also are they on the same IP subnet....i.e. 192.168.1.???? or whatever your network address range is.

Can you connect with smbclient? Can you see the share from the same box linux is running on?

Check to make sure your samba daemons are running......

pathpilot uses the conf file /home/operator/smb.conf.share
put your changes in there and try again.
that works for me fine
