A Greeting at All (First Topic)
Sorry my language but done with Google translation.
I installed PathPilot 1.9.2.
With Mesa 5i25 board and Breakout board C11GS.
Axis , home switches, Coolant and E stop is OK.
The big problem with the spindle speed control
Turn to Forward or Reverse.
Imposed 3000 RPM Real Speed is 1230 - 2000 RPM Real Speed is 11350 - 1000 RPM Real Speed is 1470 100 RPM Real Speed is 1580. My maximum speed is 3000 RPM with VFD at 90Hz .
Where do I have to act and how?
I did some tests with solutions found on the net, but I did not solve anything.
I have reached my limit, I am not able to solve this problem.
Before declaring the project dead, I trust your knowledge
Hope it is comprehensible

Thanks

Replied by PCW on topic Problems with VFD in PathPilot
The C11GS would need different firmware than Tormach uses because the C11GS
PWM is controlled by PWM rather than a step generator. This will also require
HAL file changes so the the spindle speed command from Pathpilot gets routed to the
PWM generator and that the PWM generator scaling is setup properly

According to your experience what I can change. My level of knowledge is very low.

As a first step, try creating a normal LinuxCNC configuration (you can have many configurations on the same PC). Stepconf will set up a system for you which will drive the spindle correctly with PWM.

OK I try this suggestion, even if I find Linuxcnc complicated too.
I could not run hazzy GUI.

I would suggest Axis as a UI that "just works". You can then switch to GUIs that you like better once you are sure hardware is all good.

I've created a linuxcnc configuration where the spindle works.
Now how can I use this configuration in PathPilot.
I set phatpilot to work with parallel port mixing my files with cncbasher files but i can not conclude anything.
What do you suggest me to do?

As far as I can tell you have posted two sets of identical files. Do they both work, or does neither work?

Two I sent by mistake
Those of pathpilot are in the first post. (I have problems with VFD )
Others are created with LinuxCNC (Warco VFD is Ok )

Thanks
