Synchronized motion waiting on spindle for 10 seconds???

What causes this error? Program runs. Spindle starts and then it just sits for the 10 seconds and gives me this error. My commanded RPM is almost dead on. I appear to have a functioning index. I am not using any synchronous spindle commands anyways. What is causing pathpilot to give me this error? I am including my current config files and the g-code file.

Forgot to connect that pin to my VFD. I cut my first chips on a lathe using pathpilot with a parallel port setup
