Pathpilot using PP

Having got Pathpilot running on my milling machine I am now attempting to get Pathpilot running on my router table. I followed the instructions posted for setting up PathPilot with a Parallel port I was able to boot up into PathPilot. I am now unable to boot up and prevent the Pathpilot loading when pressing the left shift and left Alt key.

Any how to resolve this?

I ended up reloading the software and disabling the auto shutdown routine,
