PP 2.7.1 spindle issue

I installed v2.7.1 and after correcting the python issue with weak-refer error, it's mostly working. The issue I'm having is with the spindle. In Hi the spindle starts and get's upto speed. Not sure if it's the correct speed yet, but it is turning. In Lo, the spindle does not start at all. Says it does, but no movement. Can a second set of eyes have a look at the config files for me?
