High Low Gearbox Bridgeport

DOes anyone here have any experience setting up a 2 speed gear on a bridgeport to run under PathPilot or Linuxcnc ? The spindle direction reverses when you shift to low range and there is a 1:9 reduction in spindle speed.

That will be my next project for the BPCNC mill. Just looking for some example code as a guide.
