I made an interesting discovery about my plasma touch off file. If you set the G92 Z position to the offset the file will display flat and my touch off errors went away. I added this in front of my probe move G92 Z[#5213] (Set Z to machine position) as the second probe move was giving me an error unless I set the min limit to some crazy high number.
