As far as i can tell, there is no pilot arc there, at least not the conventional ones.
Do a test and fire the torch in mid air, does it spark? Meaning without touching material or clamp.
If not, it is a scratch start so requires dragging the torch on the material to start, and if this is the case, not suitable for CNC use.
There might still be an option but it would require programing a component and testing on an actual machine. The component would have to intervene after the torch went down and found the material then do a short wiggle/circle while going up to pierce height, and also the firing of the torch should be done when the material is detected, so before the usual start at pierce height.

i did the test. Does not work in the air.
How do I understand the best option to buy a new plasma cutter for CNC machines with Pilot Arc?
I saw that Stahlwerk CUT 70 with Arc Pilot is not expensive on amazon.de. costs about €450. I saw there was a discussion about this plasma cutter before. is it worth buying it or are there any proven and more profitable cutters?

Stahlwerk, Stamos, even my Kzubr is still working just fine, although mine has been siting idle for nearly 2 months, the rest are in use daily.
Stahlwerk has it's own website, and stuff there is cheaper that on Amazon
Vertical machine torch is from 40-50 usually

70A with pilot arc is 450 but currently not available
www.stahlwerk-schweissgeraete.de/plasmas...-cut70-pilotzuendung
Here is the full list of plasma, mind the pilot arc and notice those with pilot arc have another red connector on the lower front.
