Arc failing

can manually make cuts but when trying to cut a saved piece on the computer it goes to where it needs to touches the metal and ten says arc fail. have tried every g code i have read through the mdi and still cant figure how to get it to cut and stop saying arc fail.

You need to give us a lot more info. Which config, which thc, what probing routine etc.
