Hi, I am having trouble with getting the error "Probe Tripped During Non-Probe MDI Command" during plasma touchoff.
I get it at random throughout the touchoffs in a file. It will not always trip on the same touchoff.
I have remapped F feed, is the probe G38.2 Z-0.75 F10. with F10 on the same line making the error?
I am using Axis with the touchoff posted in my g code file.
Should I be switching to a touchoff component?
Following is my touchoff code.

Is your probe actually tripping when it is not supposed to?

No, The probe comes down during touchoff, makes contact and stops giving the error code "Probe Tripped During Non-Probe MDI Command". If I go to the beginning of the touchoff and try again "Run From Here" sometimes it will give the error again and sometimes it will resume with no problem. It isn't doing it with each probe. Roughly 1/3 of the touchoffs.

It is an error if the probe signal is triggered other than under G38 control. This can happen if the material moves during touchoff or warps and the probe is triggered when it shouldn't. Otherwise look for wiring faults or noise.

This sounds like noise or a momentary switching of the probe.

Using the HAL debounce on the probe input pin might be worth trying.
