Advice on setting up Proma THC with gecko G540 was created by 7sharp
Currently using a cutmaster 42 that I tapped into the arc ok, trigger switch, and raw arc voltage, using "manual THC" consisting of pushing or lifting the material during uneven cuts. I bought the Proma THC 150, grabbed the toma thc folder and putting a floating switch on. I'm looking for advice from others with the G540 and proma THC before diving in.

depending on workpeace you can go for
2sec after ARC OK
and then 0,1sec per calculation
the Voltige is about 112-118
+- 5V on regular part 2V on more rough ones
and the acc vel setting is on the component you use

I don’t know why you would even touch a Proma THC when you can use the THCAD and the new plasmaC.

He already has a G540 and the THC150, so buying a THCAD would require a 7i96 at the very least.
