You are welcomed.
Yes, i did see it on the video.
And, why does your machine look like it belongs in a pharmacy ?????
P.S.
What torch is that ? Having a metal body on a torch is not the best thing, but it does some nice cuts .

I should have chosen a friendly bright black for 3d printing
That torch can be mounted instead of the handheld one. Was even more expensive in metal than in plastic.
It is a P80 as well the consumables. 1.5mm nozzle
www.stahlwerk-schweissgeraete.de/Plasma-/-CUT-Accessories
I found on ebay consumables nozzle with 1.1mm will get some for thin sheets.
You think it is cutting nice? It is my third cut and I must say didn't experiment with amperage nor something else. Just pierce delay I chose 2.5sec.

Don't worry, it will be black soon enough!
The dive from the torch is the very problem I am trying to solve at the moment. As the slug drops away, the torch tries to follow it. The same thing happens if you cross a kerf. There is a recent thread about this. For holes like that though, you can disable the THC.
I never do a lead out on anything. But on holes like this an overcut will let the bottom of the arc to catchup to the top as it trails behind.
Also check the Plasmac manual in the docs for hole cutting.

In the first two videos in the gcode file line 37 and 38 should be reversed as should lines 45 and 46.

Sorry about this, some more errors by me, a fix has been pushed.
It will fix the THC and the offset holes not being on centre.

I will make two reinforcement triangles 100x100mm and added two holes for testing.
I skipped lead out and will use overcut this time
(manually added)
(********)
#<m_diameter>=45
#<holes>=2
(********)
I used the plasmac postprocessor in fusion 360 ..I am still not freehand with Gcode to figure out the right order.(as mentioned above that lines are mixed up)
Thank you Phillc54 for the changes!
@all: be prepaired for questions I found my sons old xbox360 controllers a view of them with usb connection! tend to add it for some sort of functions

This time it worked well..(not the first pairl. Uhmmm well... Somehow the first cut this time was too fast and didn't go through.
But no diving...
Tommylight mentioned the beam should be slightly in front... Didn't manage that.. Seems it was still to fast.
And I forgot to seal the crosslaser which died due to high humidity ! Fortunately it came in pack of two:woohoo:
