2.8W Laser Diode Setup with 5i25/7i76 - Bitfile Needed?

I've got a 5i25/7i76 combo setup and I am using all of the available step gens on the 7i76. I am interested in adding my 2.8W laser diode into the mix and the spec sheet for the driver has a control signal max frequency of 5kHz. I believe that software PWM is going to be too slow to use it for raster engraving, so I think I need a new bitfile.

My current bitfile is for a 5i25/7i76 with 3 Encoder A channels in order to utilize the second THCAD-5 card for ohmic sensing. I would need to retain this capability, but adding a PWMGEN on P3.

If this all sounds correct, PCW: could I bother you to make a custom bit file for me? Is it possible to modify bit files yourself, or is it not advisable/possible? I understand that screwing it up could brick your card.

Attached is the output of mesaflash for my current bit file. 5i25/7i75 with 3 encoder A channels on P3.

5I25 bitfile for 7I76 with stepgen 4 replaced with 2 PWMgens
and 3 'A' pin only encoders replacing the single A,B,Z encoder

Thanks PCW, but I need all 5 step gens (0-4) that are currently on the P3 header. I would like stepgen 5 repurposed as PWM.

Edit: I realized in my initial post I said PWM on P3. I got P2 and P3 mixed up, sorry about that. PWM should go on P2
