I think i have new knowledge.
I use a chinase BOB and the Polabs THC.
Now I have measured that 9 volts come out at the THC outputs. when I switch the individual outputs in the test mode of thc manuel, the voltage drops to 3 volts.

I think I have a mistake in thinking?
Can it work like that. if I attached the outputs directly to the inputs of the BOB?

I think I would add a relay so that +24v from the BOB power supply was sent to the input (assuming it is 24v compatible)

Shame on me. The THC works fine. On the Inputpins the voltage is 9 Volt and drop to 0volt (3mV) when the signal from the THC comes.
It look like the BOB has a problem or LinuxCNC will sometimes hangon.

I will check.

Holy crap. I got it. I think so :-) It looks like one of the input pins are not working probably.
I changed the pin for arc ok and one of the up/ down signal.
Now the arc ok works and the up signal don't work.

I will try tomorrow some more cuts and look if the problem is solved.

But it looks so.
