I am working on axis plasmaC.

If I want to cut a plate from a scrap I would only use home at 0,0,0 in the center of the plate.

Now if I have an iron that fits exactly on the waterbed I would use the home switches located at the end of the table, for this the axes would look for these switches.

If he lost home due to movement and bad maneuvering, he would use the single-axis home plate with his switch.

I would like to know how to implement these buttons on axis using those axis pins.

Just do a G54 touchoff on X & Y where you want to start cutting from.

You can use an external button and MDI_COMMAND to issue a G10 command to set the origin.

G10 L20 - linuxcnc.org/docs/2.8/html/gcode/g-code.html#gcode:g10-l20

There are several examples of custom user buttons in the PlasmaC user guide. Touching off X and Y is one of the examples.
